In these terms of use, “we” and “us” means Discovery Communications Limited (company number: 05039068), whose registered office is at Chiswick Park Building 2, 566 Chiswick High Road, London, England W4 5YB.

1. We may modify these terms of use at any time by publishing the modified terms on our site.  Any modifications shall take effect 3 days after posting on our site.
2. Every time you wish to use our site, please check these terms to ensure you understand the terms that apply at that time. These terms were most recently updated on 19 September 2019.

We reserve the right to change, modify, substitute or remove without notice any information on our site from time to time.

4. Intellectual Property

1. The copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights in the material contained in our site, together with the website design, text and graphics, and their selection and arrangement, and all software compilations, underlying source code and software (including applets) belongs to us or our licensors. All rights are reserved. None of this material may be reproduced or redistributed without our written permission. You may, however, download or print a single copy for your own non-commercial off-line viewing.
2. Discovery and the Discovery logo are trademarks of Discovery Communications. You are not permitted to use them without our approval. Other product and company names mentioned on our site may be the trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners.

4. All disclaimers, indemnities and exclusions in these terms of use shall survive termination of the agreement between us for any reason.

11. Viruses

1. We do not give any warranty that our site is free from viruses or anything else which may have a harmful effect on any technology. You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programmes and platform in order to access our site. You should use your own virus protection software.
2. You must not misuse our site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our site, the server on which our site is stored or any server, computer or database connected to our site. You must not attack our site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack. By breaching this provision, you may be committing a criminal offence. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use our site will cease immediately.

If any provision of these terms of use is held to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed and the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of these terms of use shall not be affected.

14. Governing Law

Please note that these terms of use, its subject matter and its formation, are governed by English law. You and we both agree to that the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction although these terms will not limit any consumer protection rights that you may be entitled to under the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
